We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem. This is an optical smoke detector, under the cover there are 2 optical sensors that see each other. If the view between the sensors is disturbed, for example by smoke, the smoke detector will give an alarm. It is also possible that something else is getting between the optical sensors, causing the alarm to sound, for example a piece of lint, dust or insect. If this does not improve the situation, please report the smoke detector to the repair page within the warranty period, and replace it with a new one outside the warranty period.
