You recently ordered an Alecto product on our webshop. We naturally hope that you will enjoy your purchase for a long time and have many wonderful moments with Alecto.

Should your product be disappointing, you are always free to return your purchase to us free of charge within the reflection period (30 days). You will then receive a full refund.

If you would like to return the Alecto product, but have doubts whether there might not be a better solution, do not hesitate to ask us for advice via the contact form. Don't forget to include your order number.

If you want to return your product within the cooling-off period, the following information is important to you:

- Use the return label provided.

- Return the product within 30 days of receipt;

- The item must be in original/undamaged condition and in its original packaging.

Do not forget to include the packing slip in the box, otherwise the warehouse will not be able to trace your order.

After receiving your Alecto product, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. Our warehouse will check whether the item was returned correctly and will refund the purchase price. The refund is always made in the same way as the payment.
