It is always annoying when a product breaks down! Fortunately, we can repair most products for you. Repairs can be reported via the "report repair" button at the top of this page.
For the warranty, we always need the purchase receipt. Do you no longer have it? Then unfortunately we cannot provide a guarantee.
Products may also be reported for repair in the shop where they were purchased. Ask the shop for the possibilities.
Tip: if you still have a copy of your bank statement, in most shops it is possible to recover the purchase receipt with it.
