If you want to switch off your SA300, you can switch off the SA300 smoke detector by holding down the test button for ~20 seconds.

If the detector is off, there will be no LED illumination and the test function will also not work.

The detector can be turned on again by pressing the test function again for ~10 seconds.

Then a beeping sound will follow along with the LED flashing 1x.

CAUTION!!!

If the smoke detector is switched off, the smoke detector will no longer give an alarm in case of smoke development.
