The reason why the number of users is not correct is because the refresh rate of the camera is not that high. This number is therefore not entirely reliable. As a result, the camera can count users as more than one, which means that the number of users is higher than it actually is. It is also possible that the security in the modem is very good, which means that the data does not always get through properly (and this also lowers the refresh rate).




You could still try to send the camera over port 80 of the modem. We cannot advise you on this, as we understand the camera, but unfortunately do not know all types of modems.
