The camera has a light detection sensor, which switches the camera to night vision if it detects little or no light. If, for example, supplementary lighting is used, it is possible that this sensor measures too much light and therefore does not switch to night vision.


It could also be the settings; there is an option to adjust brightness and contrast in the app.
