The reason why the number of users is not correct is because the "refresh cycle" of the camera is not so high. This number is therefore not entirely reliable. 


This can also be caused by a high security level in the modem, data does not always get through properly and this also disturbs the "refresh cycle".


The camera could possibly be forwarded via port 80 using a UDP protocol. 


When in doubt, we recommend regularly changing the camera's password.
