When the temperature sensor of the outdoor unit stops working, or a combination of temperature and humidity, it is best to reset the outdoor unit in accordance with the manual and leave it in the house for a few days.

The outdoor unit is splash-proof and made to stay outside for long periods of time. To measure temperature and humidity, there are openings in the outdoor unit's fixture. Excess moisture is drained naturally thanks to the clever construction. Still, under certain weather conditions, moisture accumulation may be too much. Then the above instruction helps to restore the temperature and/or humidity display faster.

For weather stations where the combination of temperature, humidity and UV index no longer work, we advise you to contact your retailer for warranty.
