Every weather station has its own measurement range for the various values, as does the WS-1900. If the value is below the measuring range, the weather station will display LL/LO. If the value is above this range, the weather station will display HH/HI.
Please note that when the outdoor unit is in the rain, the humidity can go up to 100% and thus indicate HH/HI.
If you feel that the measured value is not correct, you should compare it with, for example, the KNMI station in your area. If the value differs a lot, there seems to be a defect in the sensor.
Unfortunately, we do not have any spare parts left for this weather station and repairing it, if at all possible, is not worth the new cost of the weather station. We recommend that you replace the weather station.
