My WS-1100 gives the value LL/LO/HH/HI
Every weather station has its own measurement range for the various values, as does the WS-1100. If the value is below the measuring range, the weather station will display LL/LO. If the value is above this range, the weather station will display HH/HI.
Please note that when the outdoor unit is in the rain, the humidity can go up to 100% and thus indicate HH/HI.
If you feel that the measured value is not correct, you should compare it with, for example, the KNMI station in your area. If the value deviates a lot, there seems to be a defect in the sensor.
If your weather station is still under guarantee, you should report the fault to www.service-hesdo.nl. If your weather station is not under warranty, you can order spare parts for your weather station on our site www.alecto.nl. First search for your weather station in the search bar, click on the weather station, scroll down a little and click on 'Accessories & spare parts'.
