Our Zigbee products work together with all other Zigbee products in 1 app, except with Philips Hue.

This is because Philips has a separate, shielded protocol with which our products do not work.

So in this case the smart-plug20 works in combination with the smartbridge10. Use/control is then done in the following apps: Smartlife app, Google home or Amazon Alexa.
