Please set the recording mode to alarm and not continuous. 


Now the recordings should be visible in the app.


It can also happen that recordings cannot be retrieved properly by the app because you are on a different network than the camera and that this network is blocking the upload.


You can then try to retrieve the recording via your mobile internet or when you are on the same network as the camera with your smartphone.
